Im jelous, you seem to be a very strong woman with many talents and great perseverance. And having fun at the same time. I am a marine wife who dreams of baking bread (owning a bakery) but was very intimidated by it. After spending three hours skimming through your blog I have a new found confidence and excitement about thing. Since, I have baked my first loafs of bread along with several other recipes you have provided ,and started the plans for my very first garden all my own. Thank you for being an incredible resource.
