    Sorry for the back post, but I want to share some tips on TJ’s crab cakes. First, don’t thaw them out. You can put them right in the skillet in their frozen state and they will cook up perfect. Also, for $2.99 expect them to be inferior to homemade crab cakes made with a lot of lump crab meat. But for $2.99 I think these are a great value. Happy New Year.
