I ORDERED AN ITEM IN ALUMINUM FROM THEM. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REACH THEM. I PAID FOR THE ITEM AND I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM OVER A MONTH AGO. I TRIED TO CALL FROM THE PHONE ON THE INTERNET. THAT PHONE HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. I HAVE E-MAILED MORE THAN 3 TIMES AND NO WORD FROM THEM. I AM BEGINNING TO WORRY. We added on a new kitchen to our home and even when you have the choice of where things go, so often what you want is governed by what you can afford (that sucks!) Hi Kevin: The kitchen has a nice layout, which helps. For me the hard part was figuring out where to put all the baking paraphernalia!
