This looks great and it’s getting warm here, so your blog is a good source of recipes for our coming Summer!

This really got my attention. It looks just like a recipe I’d pick. I probably “need” to get this cookbook too! And welcome to WHB.

Deborah, agreed! My grill is still fired up!

Ahn, thanks! Cilantro is my favorite herb.

Cris, thank you! Hope you enjoy the grilling recipes.

Kalyn, sorry for missing out on so many WHBs! Since the Little Man finally started sleeping through the night a few weeks ago, I’m getting more sleep and my memory is improving! :-)

  6. Looks divine! I know what you mean about letting go of the summer, I’m still clinging to salads and salsas and all sorts of fresh, clean cooking. But then, I’ve also been craving Thai and SE Asian food, so it must be something in the air! Lovely blog, keep up the great work…

The recipe is a knockout! Can’t wait to make it. :D

That is a beauty! Cilantro is such a satisfying flavor and I’m enjoying experimenting with new recipes that showcase it.

This looks great, thanks for joining WHB. Your presentation is gorgeous.

  10. I could be wrong here but is cilantro also known as coriander? It looks like it from the photo. I used to hate coriander with a passion but over time I did a complete turnaround and now I just love it. I am going to print this one off to make. Too cold here to grill on the bbq but I am sure it will work just as good indoors. I really like your blog by the way. I hope you can take some time to check out my site at some point: http://www.only-cookware.com/ and I also have a blog: http://www.only-cookware.com/blog/

  11. Well I made this recipe tonight and it is just wonderful. I tried the chicken first and wondered why it needed the dipping sauce since the taste was just superb but then I added some sauce and wow! It was just another taste altogether. I’ll be making this one again for sure.

Hey, this looks familiar… we made it last night!
I’m liking how quick the recipes come together.
