		<description>That's the thing I love about home-made bread. It's pretty forgiving. Even when it isn't quite right, it's still really good.

I would never have thought of putting cooked oatmeal into bread! That's really interesting about the temperature of the oatmeal. I would have thought that 130F was too high and that it would kill the yeast.

		<description>wow, and you're not feeling well.  I love bread, but missed this event.  I made a roasted garlic and sundried tomato loaf the night before and then got caught up doing something and left it in the oven way too long.  EEuugh! Garlic brick!</description>
