  1. Wow, Andrea, this looks like it was a very successful experiment, and also appears to be perfectly cooked. A Great Experiment! But, did your husband like it?

    Thanks Laurie! He did like it and ate seconds, but he’s still not a big fan of lamb. My boys, on the other hand, enjoyed it a lot!

    We have tried the Silver Palate recipe and loved it! If you want a real lamb treat, try rack, it’s incredible with a balsamic reduction sauce I saw on Food Network, delish!
