    This looks so good and healthy, too. I’m looking to learn how to grow some of my own herbs, I imagine everything tastes better from freshly grown like that.

    My kids’ favorite! Love the addition of herbs and chicken broth to the batter. We call these “pancakes – panquecas” here. We fold them like you do and fold crepes differently, like in France. Have a nice weekend!
