It was quite the ordeal, wasn't it? Regardless of your inclusion of it in your "Top Ten..." it looks good to me. I completely forgot to put the apricot glaze on mine and didn't realize it until I was done and saw the jar sitting on the counter. Jeez! I will share with you my stupidest mistake with this project - I toasted the hazelnuts in the toaster oven on a piece of aluminum foil with the edges curled up so that they don't escape. Ok, fine. I then decide to chop them on the same foil so they don't roll away and spent the next half hour separating the tiny shards of foil out of my hazelnuts.
